Addressing COVID-19

 

To Our Motor Werks Circle,

As we continue to navigate COVID-19, our commitment remains to provide the most transparent and efficient dealership experience.

We are taking the measures necessary to ensure people can safely purchase or service their vehicle through limiting dealership foot traffic; however, we do want to stress that our facility is professionally cleaned and is safe to visit.

If you are comfortable coming inside, we are more than comfortable having you, but if you are not, we want to ensure you can still purchase or service your vehicle.

While we cannot completely shift to an online buying model, please see below for the action we are taking in response to recent events:

  1. Phone conversations and Facetimes > face to face visits during the preliminary phase:
    Motor Werks has the technology available for client advisors and the client care center to communicate with customers via phone, text or email. Our website, www.motorwerks.com, has a wealth of information on the vehicles we have in our inventory.
  2. At home test drives > test drives at the dealership:
    Once you have your heart set on a vehicle and are ready to make a decision, we are offering at home test drives, in which a client advisor will come to wherever you feel comfortable (your home, a parking lot, etc.) for a test drive.
  3. Deals from your car > deals in the dealership:If you are uncomfortable coming into the dealership to finalize paperwork, we are happy to do the heavy lifting inside and bring everything that needs to be signed to your car, so you don’t even have to step foot into the dealership.

    In addition to sales, we are encouraging similar initiatives for all customers who need their vehicle serviced. This includes social distancing drop-off, where loaner vehicles will be awaiting customers prior to entry to ensure limited contact, and enhanced cleaning services when cars are returned to customers.

    As scheduling permits, we can pick up or drop off your vehicle. If you elect this, it may take a few days for availability. Regardless, we will do everything in our power to ensure a safe return of your vehicle.
